Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Looplift, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Looplift audits websites for conversion opportunities, drafts A/B experiment proposals, and runs approved experiments via a first-party snippet. Every experiment is human-approved before it launches — nothing goes live automatically.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of your information, and keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
4. Acceptable use
You may only audit and install the snippet on sites you own or are authorized to modify. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate anyone’s rights or applicable law.
5. Billing & plans
Paid plans are billed through our payments provider (Polar) on a recurring basis until cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the Looplift platform. You retain rights to your content and the sites you connect. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service (for example, to scrape a page you ask us to audit and to run your approved experiments).
7. Disclaimers
Looplift does not guarantee any particular conversion lift. Statistical results, confidence intervals, and verdicts are estimates based on the data collected and should be used as decision support, not certainty. The service is provided “as is.”
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Looplift is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue or profits arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; we will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Questions: support@looplift.io.
